Rewind -- sometime in the middle of February we realized our dreams may actually be very close to coming true as we awaited hearing back from our most recently applied for position. While we didn't want to get our hopes up we crossed our fingers and toes for this wish to come true! At the last minute bubs and I took a month long trip to the motherland to say our "goodbyes" "see-you-laters". Sure enough, two days after the flights were booked, news of our imminent upheaval landed in our laps. Luckily bubs and I would be flying home three days before we needed to hit the road.
The list of to-do's was as long as your arm and as I quickly abandoned dear hubs he set forth with tackling the necessary tasks. There was so much planning, so much paper work... And I got to enjoy a holiday with family with frequent email updates while he trucked away :) Here's a couple shots of our fun, minus my biggest sweetheart of course. (rest to be continued in next posts)
